As of 1st of June, the Government has given us the green light to reopen for treatments. While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness to a medical grade standard, we have implemented additional precautionary measures as per Government recommendation:
- Please wait in your car until your appointment time. Call before you enter to ensure reception is ready for you
- We ask that you come alone to your appointment following the 4 square meter per person rule
- You must sanitise your hands upon entry and your temperature will be taken
- You will be required to fill out a COVID-19 Safety Screening form every visit
- We are doubling down on disinfectant and sanitization procedures, including regularly cleaning frequently touched surfaces
- We have re-trained our staff and prepped them on increased hygiene procedures
- All staff have completed COVID-19 Infection Control training
- All staff have been instructed to wash and sanitize their hands before and after each client interaction
